This I guess should be directed to SMRT but I understand many believe the Foreigners are to blame for some of the outrageous social behavior that is ocurring more often than not of the previous more considerate society SG once was.
Anyway attached are a couple of very recent incidents of complete disregard for consideration or respect for the rules and regulations stated on the MRT. In one photo you see a young person clearly taking not only the reserved seat but the other seat as well.
In the other photo the Mum was talking loudly with her friend and both had young children jumping around and eating and dropping food on the MRT. This was not the norm until the last few years with the already abundance of increased population.
Social behaviors undoubtedly will worsen if this increase in foreigners continues.
