CAN GOVT STOP FOREIGN WORKERS FROM DIRTYING MY ESTATE WITH BEER CANS & LITTER?

To whom it may concern

I'm staying at Blk 312A Sumanglink... Every day n night ESP weekends I have to see my entire area with beer cans n litter lying around littered by this foreign workers. They will even sit around or at the road side to drink beers n chit chat. Having a teenage daughter I'm afraid to even send her down to buy things.

Here we Singaporean are trying to keep our country clean n green n these people are easily littering around. I really pity the cleaners.

Can someone do something about this please? We singaporeans bought a house to have a clean environment n not with these rubbish n beers can n smell everywhere!
