According to a 7 News Sydney report, a Singapore Airlines flight was forced to make an emergency landing in Ankara, Turkey after the plane hit a flock of birds.
In pictures provided by the news outlet, the nose of the plane had cracked off and gaping holes were found. The right turbine was also dented due to the impact. It is unclear if there were any injuries due to the accident.
