I have encountered with a irresponsible online shop seller, pls be aware ppl out there. I purchase an item with her and made payment on the 6 aug 15 she told me will verify in a while.
On the 7 aug 15 i sent msg to the seller if the payment has been verified yet? there is no reply. I guess its near to ph SG 50 she might be busy so i leave it. Till 13 aug 15 i sent aonther msg to her if payment verified? She replied me saying that the item is on back order it will schedule to arrive on the weekends which is few days later. There is no notice from her that the item is on back order, i was already pissed.
In the first place you should let me know the status not letting me to find out this only when i ask. I been waiting, thought of giving her time to arrange maybe she is real busy due to ph SG50. Till date, its already end of the month. I sent msg to her on 28th if the stock is yet arrive?
There is no reply, this is seriously dragging long enough i told her this is enough asking to refund my money or she can chose to keep the cost of the item and i shall file a report. There is no reply as of today 29 aug 15.
If she cant provide the item just tell me straight and not to waste my time for waiting, why must she kept silent and not replying/updating me?
