Local news outlet The New Paper reported on Monday morning that AHPETC's former managing agent FMSS has sent a letter of demand to the town council over $3.5 million in unpaid monies.
According to TNP, FMSS sent the letter dated 20 July 2015 through its lawyers Netto and Magin. The demanded payment of $3.5 million was supposedly for money owed for services between April and July 2014 when its contract with AHPETC was terminated.
This comes on the back of accusations by MND of FMSS "grossly profiteering" off the AHPETC Town Council and demands on how AHPETC plans to claim back the overpaid taxpayers money.
