MacPherson SMC might be set for a three-cornered fight, after Cheo Chai Chen from the NSP said he will throw his hat into the ring this morning. Cheo announced this news when he arrived at Kong Hwa School to file his nomination papers.
Because of this, Macpherson will see a fight between Cheo, Tin Pei Ling and Bernard Chen.
Prior to Nomination Day, the NSP made several U-turns over whether or not it would contest MacPherson SMC.
Candidates will file their nomination papers between 11am and 12pm on 1 September 2015.
