Despite sombre news about the resignation of the National Solidarity Party's (NSP) secretary Tan Lam Siong, who left to pursue his passion in social and community work, the NSP showed that it remains committed to its constituents and continued to work hard on the ground.
The party knows that it needs to win the hearts of its voters, and so the NSP conducted walkabouts at the markets of GeylangSerai, Eunos and AljuniedBlk 116 coffeeshop and markets on the 14th (Sunday) and 16th (Tuesday) of this month.
Thankfully, the NSP also answered the prayers of many a male netizen who has been dying to see more pictures of the NSP's superstar female candidate, Kevryn Lim, the pretty, capable and obviously hardworking fresh face on the NSP electoral team.
Kevryn was photographed hard at work at all the walkabouts, her charming smile and attentiveness to her constituents unwavering despite the tough job of walking around in sweltering heat, chatting to residents and listening to their stories and feedback.
These pictures taken from the National Solidarity Party's Facebook page show exactly why Kevryn stands out as the queen rose among thorns.
That smile would melt any heart.
Hard at work explaining what the NSP is about.
Ladies only... and an outstanding Kevryn.
I want to be that uncle!
Picture perfect Kevryn with senior NSP member Steve Chia.
