Dear Editors,
I went for lunch at Katong I12. After parking my car, I saw a notice stating that customers can get 1-hour free parking from 12 noon to3pm if they spend at least $20 at selected restaurants.
The concierge told me that the conditions for the free 1 hour parking are:
1. Spend more than $20
2. Eat at selected restaurants
3. Time is between 12noon to 3pm
4. Be registered member of Katong I12 Mall
The aim of lunch time free parking must be to encourage shoppers to patronise Katong I12 restaurants.
Why is Katong Mall so petty and have so many conditions for lunch time free parking? It should learn from Bedok Mall
