YEARS OF NOISY ILLEGAL NIGHT RACING IN PUNGGOL NEW TOWN & GOVT DOES NOTHING

Hi All Singapore Stuff,

Punggol new town has been plagued by late night racing for several years now. Several cars making a huge ruckus just sped past. As usual, my baby girl is awakened by the din and starts bawling. Doesn't help that she's running a fever and flu.

Here are some questions I would like to know the answers to:

1. If the SPF is aware of this night racing issue?
2. What has been done so far?
3. It has been several years now, why is it that the perpetrators continue to be able speed illegally around Punggol at night?
4. Going forward, if current measures remains ineffective, what does the SPF plan to do?
