
<Complaint about M1 Internet Fiber Service>
Dear M1,
Hi, I live in Kovan and I had very bad fibre broadband connection yesterday. Last evening I switched off and then switched on the Huawei modem. Since then, the LOS light is blinking red and I've had no internet connection.
Please advise and I hope this gets expedited because my wife can live without me, but not without an internet connection. Thanks.
