My housing estate at Punggol Block 170A has been infected with rats and mosquitoes for weeks. Just yesterday (1 Dec 2015) I saw a cat-sized rat running about and climbing a railing in the day. The rat has a super long tail and is as big as a cat.
I called up Pasir Ris Punggol Town Council to complain about the rats and mosquitoes but it has been weeks and there is no improvement to the situation at all. There are still many rats 'playing around' in the estate. I hope the town council will take decisive action and solve this rat problem for good.
Do not become another Bukit Batok Rat Hill please.
