Dear Ang Mo Kio town council,
There is pool of stagnant water which have been there for more than three days at the upper most floor of Blk 308 car park. Please take not that my neighbour is a victim of the dengue fever and I hope that she will not suffer again.
Blk 308 Anchorvale Road car park top level. Water have been there for more than three days and neighbour have been admitted for dengue fever.
