Just put up a law and only allow cycling at parks. I don't pity these cyclists because they cycle without due care and cycle as if they own the roads/pathways regardless whether on pedestrian pathway or on the roads.
This is Singapore, if you are on a bicycle, dismount if there are pedestrians on pathways or go slow and not weave in traffic on roads.
There are so many times I saw cyclists weave in and out of the roads just in front of buses as if challenging the buses who can go faster, if not they will cycle on pedestrian pathways as if they are cycling for Olympics.
I won't give way to cyclists on pedestrian pathways and if you attempt to race, my umbrella will smash hard on you threatening my safety. If I am driving, other than the speed road limits and 1m safety distance, if you weave in and out, I will just not give way, anyway even if I knock you over, it's just merely a car accident and its your own fault for attempting to cycle without caution for other road users on the road.
In any case, no apologies shall be given to these deserving cyclists if they don't practice self awareness to the surroundings people.
