<Complaint by luci3l>

I asked my dad to purchase an iphone 6s plus for me as he is the main subscriber of the line. Sent him an whatsapp message with the phone and phone size and color.

He was served by a lady when he entered the shop. He showed the message i sent to the lady and asked for the phone. As the iphone 6s plus was out of stock, she took an iphone 6s to my dad without informing him about it.

Not knowing that he was given the 6s, my dad proceeded with the sale of the phone and signed the contract. An sms regarding the contract details was sent to my phone and i immediately notified my dad that he bought the wrong phone. He tried to ask to change but they insisted he had signed the contract and ask me to call 1633 which 1633 told me they can do nothing about it.

The next day, a service manager called to tell me that its my fault as i have signed the contract. Throughout the whole ordeal, they insist is my fault and not the employee's.

starhub cso gave my dad wrong phone, my dad not aware and sign contract,realize immediately after signing but starhub refused to honor their mistake and use contract against me.

I complained to their feedback department and this time they mentioned they will check with the shop and get back to me.

After their investigation, they called me again to say that, Sorry Sir, you sign contract, nothing we can do. i mentioned that the employee gave my dad the wrong phone and he was not aware of it. HE TOLD ME THAT THEIR EMPLOYEES ARE NEVER WRONG AND THAT IN NO WAY WILL THEIR EMPLOYEES GIVE MY DAD THE WRONG PHONE
Throughout the whole convo, not once did he apologized for the mistake his staff made but instead insist that its my fault my dad not aware of the mistake.

THIS PRACTICE AND SLS GOT SIMI DIFFERENCE
