Dear Editors,
Brought this yesterday noon (25 December 2015) from Clementi at NTUC FairPrice! This is the second one like this! Bottom half rotten. With a social mission, How can NTUC Fair Price sell these?
NTUC FairPrice customer service is suck! Once I called their hot line, the lady answered the call said she is just a staff not customer service officer. I asked her what she can do to help me, she said I have to call their outlet. I have called at least 3 times on the number on the receipt before calling the hot line.They gave me one more fixed line number and one mobile number. No one answered the calls, I think I made about 15 calls. This is NTUC FairPrice customer service!!
What can I do? Can I have my money back??
