This driver is very inconsiderate and road hogged on purpose . This driver apparently started to step on his brakes and aggravated all the cars behind him for no reason.
It was a one lane road and everyone was honking him but he just went slower. I have seen other posts on youtube also showing this same car with the same number plates doing the same thing and risking the safety of other drivers. I hope the authorities and look into this matter as the driver has been doing this very often!
