CONMAN CLAIMS TO BE CONTRACTOR FOR HDB, CHEATS INVESTORS WITH FAKE HDB LETTER

I am posting this today to share my incident and create public awareness so as there will not be anymore victim. This con-man CHRIS TAN WEE CHEES8817749E came to propose a contract to me in cooperate with HDB (HOUSING AND DEVELOPMENT BOARD). He proclaim he was awarded by HDB with the exclusive right of a upcoming project on 3G SMART HOME SECURITY. To get that done, he need investor and that's when I was called upon. What we are talking about is a $200,000 Cash investment to pump into the company known as "UMP TECHNOLOGY PTE LTD" With guaranteed cash-back after a year and following year with the profit. Sounds like a good deal?

 

So when he showed the HDB contract to me, it was from HDB. The contract itself has HDB logo and personal. I was interested and requested for a copy of the contract. He then said this contract is highly confidential and must not be disclosed. We took a picture of it and told him we need time to raise money. We issue a deposit to him so as to confirm we are taking the deal and it shall not be forfeit. 

 

While we were raising money, I did a check on the contract and the representative of HDB personal on the contract. All the contract and information does not exist in HDB and the personal on the contract does not exist. As all these rise our suspicious. We check on his house, he claim that he stays at 9 jalanbaugua we went there it look totally like a a haunted house and property guru had this apartment online for renting. We then realize we had been con. We are sharing this post today to prevent further damage this ****er is going to do to the society. We have all the contract photos, detail and his photo. He is using 94578468 94561232 this two number. And hv another company under urban modern project ump
