BEWARE OF MYDIGITALLOCK! THEY ARE DUBIOUS, IRRESPONSIBLE & DISHONEST!

I want to warn everyone out there to beware of MyDigitalLock. For those who are thinking of engaging them, think twice! 
 
First, they already left a bad impression on me when they were one and a half hours late for the installation. 
 
Second, the installers did not mention that the lock unit will not cover the gaps on the gate's panel before installation. When I found out later and asked them to shift it up so that the top will be aligned and the gap is not so obvious from the bottom, they ignored my request and carried on to drill the holes and tighten the screws! They later blamed my gate for being crooked and say that it will cause the retracting bolting lock to be stuck midway when opening and there is nothing they can do unless I buy a new gate from them.
 
 
 
As if that is not bad enough, the installers did not look away when I was setting up my PIN, and they didn't bother to teach me how to reset or reprogramme the PIN number and cards. They even wanted to take away the box with the user manual until I asked them to return it back to me. I later also discovered that one of the installers actually live very near by only! 
 
That is not the end! Their workmanship is also very poor because after 1-2 weeks, my door closer failed and the screw came loose! Even after they came to fix it, the door closer failed to close properly again after a few days and when asked to tighten the mechanism, they shed all responsibility and said that they will not fix it because it is not their product! There was also no apology for this mistake that they made! And to cover up this mistake, they said they cannot service me anymore despite my purchase! 
 
 
 
 
 
MyDigitalLock is very dubious, irresponsible and dishonest! When I showed them video evidence that their staff took away my card key, they insisted that they did not take it. When questioned and asked for a resolution to the problem, they said that I was harassing them and threatened to file a police report against me! 
 
Stolen key card, reading door pin code, denying product purchase, reject product servicing, poor workmanship, poor attitude, rude and untrained staff, terrible customer service, irresponsible staff, dishonest installers, zero after-sales service, no boxes and guidebooks of your purchase (they rather take them back), no guidance of product usage (they rather you not know how to reset the pin after they read your pincode).
 
Please think twice before engaging their products and services!
