Dear Editors,
I really don't understand why Koufu @ commonwealth management never do any thing about this smoking guy. Police officers come down but only ask him to go back..
Is it fair to us as consumer, we paid for wat we drink but this guy making trouble n no action to him.. Is it the law in Singapore??? He smoke at non smoking area but officer never take any actions to him. Is this the way Singapore law???
