PRC FAMILY CREATES NOISE POLLUTION FOR YEARS, BUT GOVT DOESN'T DO ANYTHING

I have been taunted by this foreign talent family (PRC wife, her mum, local husband and their child) living above me for the past 3-4 years.

The wife either jump around the house or have her child wear heeled shoes/clogs and run around the living room or around the house. I have approached my MP, HDB, community mediation centre x 4 times and also the police.

Nothing seems to work, according to the HDB officer who visited them on numerous occasions, the neighbor thinks they are living a "normal" life. HOW CAN THE WEARING OF HEELED SHOES AND RUNNING AROUND THE HOUSE ON A DAILY BASIS BE NORMAL?

Best of all at any time the child feels like it and also dropping heavy objects on the floor which causes ceiling vibration.

I went upstairs personally once and the moment the FT wife opens the door, I was verbally abused by her, as if she knew what I have to say. How to live with neighbours of such calibre and inconsiderate behavior?
