i was wondering if you know of such practice where stalls in kopitiam charges customers for CNY surcharge.
I bought 2 plates of chicken rice from Chicky Fun chicken rice stall and was charge $0.50 per plate.
Is this the usual practise for any public holidays in singapore where stalls can charge patrons for public holiday surcharges on food and it is allowed?
Please advise on this as i am really curious.
