2 weeks ago, I bought six USS tickets from carousell. It was a good deal, $47 per ticket. The seller emailed me the e-tickets after she received the payment.
I went with my children and my colleague who brought her son along. The four of us managed to enter but my friend and her son wasn't able to because we found out that the tickets were bought with a stolen credit card (after enquiring with the customer service counter).
My friend had to buy another 2 tickets. I PM the seller and asked for a refund. She wanted proof that the tickets cannot be used. I had to email RWS to confirm that it cannot be used so that we can get the refund.
This is not the first time we buy tickets from carousell but it is the first that we encountered this 'problem'. Not all sellers are trustworthy and this seller didn't even apologise for the trouble she had caused us that day.
