I hope you can publish the following which happens in IMM GIANT this morning. On 19 February 2016, Giant IMM counter 12, 0940; I witness Giant staff "Ai Lee" a long hair chinese standing at the counter 12 making this remark "huh, you no money." to another customer who rejected the purchase of a box of rocher chocolate upon payment.
She is assisting another colleague of hers who is a young twenties Malay girl in hijab. The customer, seems like a foreign worker, looked at your staff, point blank and walk away with his remaining purchase.
I was angry at how the staff treated the customer. Who is she to judge that the customer has no money. I would not have walked away in embarrassment like what the customer did. I would defintely go to the nearest ATM draw out a thousand dollar note for her to change.
I hope Giant will investigate and train all staff ESPECIALLY HER not to judge the financial capability of a customer by the nationality or dressing.
