Dear Editors,
I am a residents living in Pasir Ris, a black-colour community cat was mauled to death by a pack of wild dogs in the vicinity. Someone managed to snapped the pictures of the three wild dogs roaming in the HDB estate.
Please look out for these dogs when you are alone.
