Caution to fellow people near pasir ris and Tampines.

Some grass trimming staff left / dropped a gardening scissors on road... Result is that my car fuel tank is permanently damaged. We barely survived the risk of fire since fuel leaked Too fast and finally, car will b in garage for a month.

Happened between whitewater and IKEA . Not sure vendor who cut roadside grass assume any responsibility for this....

What if the scissors had flew and hit someone instead? Who will assume responsibility for injury or loss of life?
