A BMW driven by Mediacorp actress Rui En crashed into a parked motorcyle in a carpark in Clementi.
The incident happened at BLK 332 Clementi Ave 2 at around 4.10 pm.
When the owner of the motorcycle approached the driver of the car, Rui En had reportedly said, "Do you know who I am?"
It was reported that Rui En reeked of alcohol.
