I am working at C**s 88, located at Mackenzie Car Mall.
I am very disappointed on how this company treat its employees. I recently got into a chain collision and I was driving a car that belongs to the company. Of course, I had the permissions to do it before I had driven it.
Shocked, the company told me that I cannot claim insurance for this and wants me to pay over $60,000 of damages incurred. I was in a shocked now. Is it the right thing for the company to settle the case like this? From what I know, I am covered under motortrade.
I had helped the company to settle many issues when it comes to customer feedback after taking their new car, saving company a lot of trouble and money in terms of repair and complain. But in the end they do this to me.
Readers please advice.
