I am messaging you at this hour bcause of your idiotic staff who took my order lightly. I bought a drink cost me $8.40 I asked for strong flavour and more plenty of whip cream. I told them to help expedite the making of the beverage. But the barista was like not focusing even though I said my last bus within 8mins might be coming! I tried the drink on the way to the bus stop and decided to return for a refund. Your cashier was very very slow at returning of the money and at 2plus there's no other customer! I chased after the bus and fell and was hurt your staff were the worst ones I even encountered! The drunk was diluted in terms of icyness and flavour was not strong! Yet I paid extra to get more stronger flavur
