SPEAKING TO SINGPOST CUSTOMER CARE IS LIKE SPEAKING TO A BUNCH OF NO BRAINERS

Dear ASS,

Renewal of road tax at Singpost is a nightmare. Communicating with Singpost customer care Facebook is even worse.

Singpost requires car owner to print a copy of of electronic insurance policy which they need to hold the piece of paper in their hand and visually confirm that u have insured your car before they help u renew your road tax.

After that, they return u that piece of paper. Trying to convince them that this is inefficient as well as environmentally-unfriendly, is mission impossible.

I felt like I was communicating with a bunch of no-Brainers who only follows standard operating procedures, inflexible and prata u. Please read through the whole exchange.
