24 year old PRC citizen Luo Jiang was jailed 52 weeks for insulting the modesty of women. Working as a customer service office in Changi Airport, he took photos and videos of his female colleagues in the staff changing room. Worse he shared these obscene images online.
These offences took place from 2013 to 2015. Whenever he saw his female colleagues enter the changing room, he would follow, step on a stool and use his iPad to record them. He started out taking still images but eventually video recorded them as they changed.
A colleague eventually found out and reported to the police. In Court, Luo was remorseful for his actions and pleaded for a lighter sentence because the victims were in their underwear and not naked.
