Dear A.S.S,
Grabcar changed backend software, probably accounting software. Technical issue arose for the week (18th Apr 2016 to 24th Apr 2016) & because of the change, I fell victim to the error, my case as follows:
- Driver app shows 85.3% acceptance rate & I stopped driving (eligible for incentives, >85%)
- Grab Back-end system shows 84.55% Acceptance rate (ineligible for incentives, <85%)
Any grab drivers would have agreed that incentives are the main reason why we are on their platform, & we always strive to hit their ratings. (Makes no sense that i would see a 84.55% on my phone and actually stopped driving)
Nevertheless, Grab Singapore strongly insists on not giving out incentives even though they admit a technical issue was present & hundreds of drivers are affected.

I strongly urge all drivers who are eligible but did not receive their incentives for the period (18th Apr 2016 to 24th Apr 2016), has confronted Grab but was denied incentives to contact me by 23rd May 2016. It would be beneficial if we can have an organized approach instead of randomly going down to get rejected.
