Dear A.S.S,
Yesterday, I went to Rochester Mall Starbucks and ordered a Roasted Marshmallow S'Mores Frappuccino in grande size. I asked for less ice. To my surprise, the guy taking my order said that "less ice" would mean that the drink would be down sized to "tall" size.
It was very disappointing as there was actually quite a lot of ice even when you order less ice in tall size, maybe the same amount of ice for grande size even!
Starbucks never mentioned that less ice would actually mean downgrading your size of the drink!
In the store, there is no mention of the ratio of ice to coffee.
