During his 1984 National Day Rally speech, Lee Kuan Yew had this to say about getting things done in Singapore and what should be done when things don't work.
He said: "Everything works, whether its water, electricity, gas, telephone, telexes, it just has to work. If it doesn’t work, I want to know why, and if I am not satisfied, and I often was not, the chief goes, and I have to find another chief. Firing the chief is very simple."
Do you agree with Lee Kuan Yew's style of working? How long has it been since Singapore fired a chief for underperforming?
Should the current generation of leaders take heed from the late Lee Kuan Yew? Will Singapore's transportation woes ever be solved if heads don't roll?
What do you think?

This is how you tackle a problem! Supreme Leeder style! :3
