BRAINLESS LTA ENFORCEMENT ISSUES SAMAN TO TOW VEHICLE DOING BIKE RECOVERY

See this LTA officer never use brains when he work. This brainless LTA enforcement by the name of Sukhvinder issue saman to the motorbike recovery vehicle which was there to retrieve a broken down motorbike. Is he stupid or what?

The guy who works for the bike tow company had this to say: "See this LTA officer never use brains when he work. This brainless LTA enforcement issue saman to the motorbike recovery vehicle which was there to retrieve a broken down motorbike."

Is he a bodohpehkambing or what? Company go there tow the bike so as to clear congestion, but end up kenasaman. Really using his ass to work.
