This helpless uncle on wheelchair fall into a grass patch thats full of mud due to bus driver careless stopping the bus and let the uncle alight and reverse not knowing that he is reversing onto the lot of mud.
This lady rush out from the bus to help the uncle with his wheelchair out frm the mud trap not even bothering about her shoes getting the mud and her skirt getting the mud stains. She even stayed with the unfortunate uncle who aft that gets breathless aft the fall.
